Welcome to yoyin.art (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"). Please read the following terms of use carefully before using the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please stop using the Service.

1. Service Description

yoyin.art is a free online AI text-to-speech (TTS) tool that uses advanced AI voice synthesis technology to convert user-entered text into natural, fluent audio files.

The Service supports multiple languages and dialects, including Chinese (Cantonese, Taiwanese, Northeastern, Shaanxi dialects), English, Japanese, Korean, etc., offering 30+ voice options and allowing users to adjust speech rate and download generated MP3 audio files.

The Service is powered by the Edge TTS speech synthesis engine, with HTTPS encryption to ensure data security. Generated audio files are protected by HMAC signatures and automatically deleted after 24 hours. User data is not stored long-term.

2. Usage Guidelines

Users must comply with applicable laws and regulations of their country or region when using the Service, and must not use the Service for any of the following activities:

• Producing or distributing content that violates laws and regulations, including but not limited to content involving violence, terrorism, pornography, gambling, drugs, and other illegal information
• Infringing upon others' rights to reputation, portrait, privacy, intellectual property, or other lawful rights and interests
• Creating false information or misleading content that disrupts public order
• Interfering with the normal operation of the Service in any way, including but not limited to attacking servers, maliciously spamming APIs, or using automated scripts for mass calls
• Using content generated by the Service for fraud, harassment, defamation, or other purposes that infringe upon the lawful rights of others
• Using the Service for commercial resale or mass production without authorization
• Creating content involving hate speech, racial discrimination, religious discrimination, or other content with negative social impact

The Service has a built-in content safety filtering system that automatically blocks violative content. If violative usage is detected, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the Service and delete relevant content.

3. Intellectual Property

The intellectual property rights of the Service's interface design, icons, text content, code, and technical architecture belong to yoyin.art and are protected by applicable laws and regulations.

Users have the right to use audio content generated by the Service. However, users must ensure that the input text does not infringe upon any third party's intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademark rights, and patent rights.

If intellectual property disputes arise from content generated by the user, the user shall bear all legal responsibilities, and the Service shall not be held liable.

The speech synthesis technology used by this Service is based on the Edge TTS engine, and the relevant technology rights belong to their respective owners.

4. Disclaimer

Service Availability: The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be continuously available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by system maintenance, upgrades, network failures, or other force majeure events.

Audio Quality: AI speech synthesis technology has limitations. Generated audio may contain inaccurate pronunciation, unnatural intonation, or insufficient emotional expression. We do not guarantee that generated audio meets users' specific quality requirements.

File Security: Generated audio files are protected by HMAC signatures and automatically deleted after 24 hours. We recommend that users download needed audio files promptly. We are not liable for file loss caused by failure to download in a timely manner.

Usage Risk: Users should independently assess and bear all risks of using content generated by the Service. We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the Service.

Third-Party Links: The Service may contain links to third-party websites (such as PDF tools). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or services of third-party websites.

5. Advertising

The Service maintains free operation by displaying Google AdSense advertisements. Ad content is served by Google based on users' browsing history and interests. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of ad content.

If users have concerns about ad content, they can report directly to Google. We are not responsible for any products, services, or actions of advertisers.

The Service uses Google Funding Choices technology to provide advertising-related compliance features, including consent management and ad personalization settings.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The interpretation and application of these terms shall follow the relevant laws of the user's jurisdiction. In case of disputes, both parties should first attempt to resolve them through amicable negotiation.

If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with a court of competent jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining terms shall not be affected.

7. Age Restriction

The Service is intended for users aged 13 and above. Users under 18 should use the Service under parental supervision, with a parent or guardian consenting to these terms on their behalf. If we discover users under 13 using the Service, we reserve the right to terminate the Service at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of the Service for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the user through the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim (given that the Service is free, this amount is zero). This limitation of liability applies to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Infringement Notice

If you believe the Service contains content that infringes your intellectual property rights, please send an infringement notice to contact@yoyin.art, including the following information: (1) a description of the allegedly infringed work; (2) the specific location of the alleged infringement; (3) your contact information; (4) a good faith declaration; (5) your signature or electronic signature. We will process valid notices promptly upon receipt.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms of use at any time. After changes are made, we will publish the modified content on this page and update the "Last updated" date.

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree with the modified content, please stop using the Service.

For significant changes, we will post a prominent notice on the Service page.
